Mamaison Residence Downtown Prague

ideal base for exploring prague's many landmarks and parks

I enjoyed my stay with its proximity to many attractions, as I was able to walk to Wenceslas Square in just over 5 minutes and explore the delicious local dining options just around the corner, such as Ristorante Casa mia less than 5 minutes away.

Their rooms are always brand-new and airy with a view of the prague castle as well as cooking facilities.

Views are very limited.

The room was well-equipped and tastefully decorated and come with a balcony, a coffeemaker, and a safe box. The location seemed extremely quiet and strategic also close to public transport.

The staff - some of them were a little inexperienced.

The room was spacious with a full kitchen. My kids loved the game room, and we enjoyed long walks to nearby attractions. The breakfast had plenty of options, perfect for our hungry crew.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly snacks available.

Reception debited our account for 18000czk even if the stay cost only 11000 (...just in case??!) and was fairly unwilling to correct this but did in the end, tv kept cutting pictures reaccessing something, cdplayer was defect, neighbourhood wasn't nice to pass going to and from hotel (pornoshops and such), Internet (1mb even if it was sold as 3mb) cost 2000czk for a week (robery!!), no washtablet for the dishwasher, cleaning barging in on room after only one knock both early morning and late afternoon. Bed was with one large duvet in stead of two. We used extra sheet for my husband, but cleaning took this away the first day so we had to go to nightreception and ask for extra duvet.

We liked that the hotel was quiet- no road noise, no children's noise and very few slamming/banging doors at night.People staying seemed to be considerate of other visitors staying in the hotel.We liked that it was clean and nicely furnished.We particularly liked the security. Also the light blocking curtains were fantastic

The beautiful one-bedroom apartment was spacious and allowed us to relax after a day of exploring. We loved the easy walking access to attractions and the warmth of the hotel atmosphere.

room lacked a fridge for beverages.

The reception staff were very helpful and attentive. They were welcoming and not bound up with red tape. The convenience of the apartments to the centre of the city within walking distance was very helpful.

The bedroom (bed, kitchen and sofa), a very large and comfortable room. Sauna, fitness center, staff, the hotel was calm.

they have only cleaned the room one time during our stay.

The mamaison is a really great hotel! Its location is very comfortable, just a short walk to the city center. We loved the breakfasts, the best we've had. The wellness facilities offered a perfect way to relax after exploring.

Everything was just perfect. Defenetly will stay there again if I come to Prague.

The game room was a hit, especially the ping pong and billiard tables! The room was spacious and well-equipped. A nice moment was when the staff helped us out during a medical emergency with my daughter. Their support was commendable.

Spacious apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. Breakfast choices weren't that excellent and the toaster was broken . Enjoyed the billiards and games room in the evenings.

i didnt like location so many drug pepole and its afraid road for waking and very very dangrous for family.
